Turn on Wi-Fi, select “Seafy” and switch off mobile data.

Quick tips

The portal doesn’t open?

Make sure you are connected to the "Seafy" Wi-Fi. If it still doesn’t open, close and reopen your browser such as Safari or Chrome. Or manually type https://portal.seafy.com

Attention to mobile data

If you are near the port, your phone may use the land network or roaming. Turn mobile data OFF and stay only on Wi-Fi Seafy.

If you still have issues, try: Check that Wi-Fi is on; Disconnect and reconnect to Seafy. Open the Live Chat for assistance.
